As you may or may not have noticed, my account got suspended yet again. I’ve lost count. Due to “high server loads” I’m facing account termination, that’s why I’ve disabled the full resolution image downloads until further notice.
If you’re wondering where the site is hosted, that would be servage.net, over-sellers par excellence. Lots of promises, but they can’t deliver any. Fast support, but not helpful at all. I literally had to beg to get a half decent response out of them, and if they do decide to reply with something other than premade responses, they decide to copy/paste stuff from other websites that don’t even have to do anything with the question at hand. In one of the responses they told me to upgrade the hardware of the server, THEIR server, I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
Anyways, I’m looking for a new host. I can’t tell you when the site will be back to normal, but it’ll probably take a while. The site won’t be updated until it has moved.

Server side cacheing will help with the load. Especially if used on image intensive pages.

the gallery is already being completely cached, not good enough, for servage at least.

definately servage sucks balls. they are a bunch of liars and their stupd myaql servers break every day at least once.
sales people (hi julei dumb) will lie to you jus to get u to buy their plans, thenthey’ll send u a TOS notice.
I asked fora refund ebcasue the sales bitch lied to me, and they told me that only after 5 days of getting the plan.
then the sales persond enied giving me certain info, even thoughh I pasted the email she sent me.
wors customer service I have ever seen.

Dude, http://www.mediatemple.net/ has the best servers, favorable and even top companies host with them, check it out, if its too good to be true, then this time its true.
